Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 7-10 Days
Shipping time: 13-20 Days
In case of special holidays, the delivery time will be postponed to 3-5 days. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service:service@asweus.com. We will reply you within 24 hours after receiving the email.
After the order is shipped, we will send you a notification email. Generally, there will be logistics information in about 3-5 days. Just put your tracking number track your order!
The shipping costs are based on the price. Free shipping over $79.
Shipping fees are charged depending on the country if the order amount is less than $79.
*Please consider our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.
Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.

Exchange or return for a refund
The products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. A new product can be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible, please ensure that.
-The product is in the original packaging
-The product is not used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
To return the products, please send a change request to customer service at service@asweus.com Most returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving your package.
We will issue the refund to your wallet within a few days unless otherwise informed that the refund will be made to your payment account in advance. The wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or debited to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
We do not accept exchange and return requests once the "Specials" are sold.
Purchase not eligible for return:
-Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when submitting the return/exchange request.
After you have received a confirmation from our customer service, send the product together with the product list with the product ID. A tracking number for the returned package is required. We will take care of product exchanges or refunds after we receive your returned package.
Damaged items
If you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Order cancellation
We offer full refunds if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
You should send an order cancellation request to our customer service at service@asweus.com as soon as you decide to cancel the order.
For orders that have been canceled but not shipped within 24 hours of purchase, we offer a partial refund after applying a 15% cancellation fee.
We DO NOT accept cancellation requests once the orders have shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be posted.

Customers are only charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns) and consumers are not charged for inventory to return the product.
WARMLY RETURNING NOTE: Kindly please contact us in advance but don't return directly to the sender address on your parcel that mentioned of carrier’s transit warehouse and invalid reimbursement.
Also, any after-sales matters we advised the consultant about in 5 calendar days were solved. (varied from practical amount feed).
Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our website.

Standard and Expedited Delivery
For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping and thus we would suggest Expedited Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
How can I get my track&trace code?
Every customer will receive their track&trace code automatically, once we have your order ready for shipping. The track&trace code will be sent to your Email, which you filled in our system. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
Will my package be delivered to my house or to the post office for me to pick it up?
Your order will arrive at your house. There may be exceptions that door-to-door delivery service is not provided in particular cities / areas / countries, though this is rare.
When will you ship my order?

Why do I have to pay the standard shipping fee for my order?
Free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) over USD 40 under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise.The shipping cost of the return and exchange shall be borne by the buyer.
